We offer flexible work models. Working hours are trust-based and allow employees to freely organise their days. Nagra offers paid absences for moving house and marriage, as well as for medical appointments or summonses from the authorities. Employees can buy or sell vacation time.

After five years of service, employees receive half a month’s salary or additional vacation time. After ten years of service, they receive a full month’s or additional vacation time. In addition, they receive a small gift as a thank you for their loyalty.
