At an extraordinary general meeting in April 2024, the members of the Nagra Cooperative voted to establish two corporations. The two Nagra subsidiaries were entered in the commercial register in mid June, marking the completion of the founding process. Nagra gTL AG will be responsible for the construction and operation of the deep geological repository and Nagra BEVA AG for the construction and operation of the encapsulation plants. Both companies will be wholly owned subsidiaries of Nagra.
The Boards of Directors of both corporations are made up of the following members:
