Nagra’s Code of Conduct developed in a participatory process
Nagra’s Code of Conduct, which is published today, was developed in 2013 as part of a participatory process involving all Nagra employees. The results of three workshops with external stakeholder groups (Federal Government, Cantons, regional conferences, members of the Nagra cooperative, NGOs, political parties and scientific institutions) also fed into the development of the Code. The Code was presented to representatives of the media by Nagra’s Chief Executive Officer Thomas Ernst during the annual media conference. The Code of Conduct provides the framework that shapes the behaviour of Nagra as an organisation and that of its employees, both internally and externally. It is underpinned by the fundamental values of credibility, responsibility, transparency and professionalism.
